What days of the year are you closed?
We are normally open M-F 6am-6pm. We are closed 12 holidays which include. New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. BD, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day
Should I wait until the beginning of the month to sign up?
You can sign up for your membership any day you like. Your membership will be billed immediately for that month and then again on the next month, same day and so on.
Can I leave my personal belongings over night?
Yes. Private Office and Dedicated Desk memberships include access to lockable storage. Locker storage is also available for other memberships for an additional fee.
Can I bring visitors?
Yes. Members are welcome to have visitors for meetings, especially when using a conference room or private office. If you’re meeting with clients or guests, we recommend arranging the appropriate space ahead of time so you have the privacy you need. Brief non-business visits are also fine as long as they don’t disrupt other members.
What is Co-Working?
Co-working is a flexible workspace model where professionals and businesses work independently within a shared professional environment. At incUspace, members get access to workspace, meeting areas, internet, and business amenities without the long-term cost and commitment of a traditional office lease.
The address says 311 e main Galesburg, but where in the Bondi Building are you?
We are on the 7th floor of the Bondi Building Downtown Galesburg. Just get in the elevator and press 7.
Do you guys have free coffee and tea?
We offer a variety of complimentary beverages that change with the needs of our members. We aim to accommodate but also want people to respect what is provided.
Can I use my cell phone to take calls?
Yes. Most members take calls throughout the day. We just ask everyone to be considerate of the people working around them. Speakerphone calls should be limited to conference rooms or private offices with the door closed.
What is your termination policy?
Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
