We are normally open M-F 7am-5pm. We are closed 12 holidays which include. New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. BD, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day.

You can sign up for your membership any day you like. Your membership will be billed immediately for that month and then again on the next month, same day and so on.

Private office and dedicated desk memberships come with lockable storage available. We also have locker space available for an extra charge for anyone else.

Visitors are permitted for meetings that you have booked the conference room for and if you have a private office membership. Customers of your business are always welcome, just make sure you have the privacy you need arranged prior to their arrival. Visitors that don't have a business purpose are only permitted for a brief visit, as long as no other members are being disturbed.

They promote collaboration and networking among diverse professionals and can be a more cost-effective option compared to renting a private office.

incUspace has two locations in Galesburg. Our main office is located on the 7th floor of the Bondi Building in downtown Galesburg. This is where tours, new memberships, and business with incUspace are handled. Just take the elevator to the 7th floor and you’ll find us there.

We offer a variety of complimentary beverages that change with the needs of our members. We aim to accommodate but also want people to respect what is provided.

Absolutely, most people in the space will be using cell phones. It is important to remember that you are not the only one here and that anything you do should be considerate of others. Speaker phone calls are only permitted in the conference room area or private offices with the door closed.

Our memberships are month to month and do not require a notice to terminate your membership, However there is no refund of your monthly fee if you terminate in the middle of the month.
